  I had a schedule 5:00 returned pick up to go home. Transportation come at 4:30 and leave. This company had me lock in for 5:00 with my insurance, so they couldn't reassign because they told the insurance we coming back within 45 -60 minutes. That would have been 6:00. At 6:00 this company ,REHOBITH, stated another 45 minutes!! I was informed there was nothing the insurance could because my insurance was told they own they way and need additional 45 minutes. I understand it raining and cold. BUT 3 HOURS WAITING I DID, Til 8:00. BUS AND A TRAIN TO GET HOME.
  THE WORST NON MEDICAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!
  NEVER WITH ROHOBOTH
  OH YEA!!! I FINALLY GOT A CALL AT 8:07pm. Smh Wow
  TERRIBLE DAY ROHOBOTH
  AND this morning 2/21_2018, this company is claiming to my insurance co, a return pick up was 6:25 pm, which is a Lie on their part to get paid for terrible services and did not come or called me at 6:25.
