  Nightshift manager needs to be retrained on true customer service skills. I was in the drive thru, and I had a problem with my order, and as I was trying to get things fixed, the manager tells the girl at the window to shut, and close the window while I'm talking. That was really rude of her. It's always the night management that I have a problem with.
